ASSESSMENT
What fits your data and workload
We review the tasks you want to automate and the sensitivity of the data involved, then recommend the right model and hardware approach.
Data sovereignty for AI use
You’re ready to use AI in your business. The sticking point is privacy: cloud AI services may train on the very data you feed them. We set up private AI models on your own hardware, so your documents, images and workflows stay entirely yours.
Commercial AI platforms are powerful, but their terms come with a cost you can’t always see: your prompts, documents and images can become training data for someone else’s model. Stratum Technologies sets up private AI on your own servers and workstations — capable models for text, documents, images and video, running where nobody else can touch your data.
Nothing is sent to third-party AI APIs. Inference happens on hardware you own, inside your network.
Choose the models, the hardware, and how updates happen. No surprise model deprecations, no forced migrations, no usage fees per token.
Pay for the setup and the hardware — not every word generated. Private AI costs settle down instead of scaling with usage.
Runs alongside your existing IT. We handle security hardening, access controls, and maintenance — the same care we bring to every server we manage.
Most businesses first meet AI through cloud services, and that’s fine for public information. The trouble starts with real work data: contracts, financial records, customer lists, product designs, staff IDs. Paste that into a cloud AI tool and you’ve sent it outside your company — often with terms allowing the provider to use it for training. Some industries can’t do that at all; others simply shouldn’t.
Private AI removes the question entirely. The model runs on your hardware, processes your data locally, and nothing crosses your network boundary to a third party. You get the capability of modern AI with the data residency of your own server room.
Private LLMs for drafting, summarising, translation, and internal Q&A — running locally on your hardware, with your documents.
Automatic extraction, classification and processing of invoices, contracts, forms, and reports — sensitive documents never leave your network.
Product visuals, marketing assets, and design variants generated in-house — useful where source images or brand material can’t leave the company.
Generate and edit video content with local models, for training material, product walkthroughs, and marketing — without uploading footage to a cloud service.
An assistant trained on your own policies and documents, answering staff questions inside your network.
We evaluate what you need — GPU workstation, dedicated server, or air-gapped deployment — and specify hardware that fits your budget and workloads.
Expose your private models to your own applications through local APIs — automation and integrations without a third-party AI in the middle.
Not sure which AI capabilities fit your business? We help you plan, then implement.

Making it real
We install and configure the AI stack on your hardware, integrate it with your documents and workflows, and test it against real work.
Making it stick
We keep models and drivers updated, monitor for issues, and expand capability as your usage grows.
We’re an IT partner first, not a model vendor. We’ve been installing and maintaining on-premise infrastructure for years — servers, networks, private clouds — and we bring the same discipline to private AI: right-sized hardware, secure configuration, and support that doesn’t disappear after go-live. You get modern AI capability with the data control of your own machine room.

Tell us what you want AI to do for your business, and we’ll show you what it looks like running on your own hardware.
AI models installed and running on hardware you own — your server, your office, your network — instead of a cloud service. Your data is processed locally and is never sent to a third-party provider.
Many do by default, depending on the service and your plan tier. Enterprise agreements sometimes opt out, but the terms change, and verifying them is ongoing work. With private AI there is nothing to verify — the data physically never leaves your control.
For most business tasks — drafting, summarising, document extraction, routine image and video generation — modern open models running locally are highly competitive. Very large or highly specialised tasks may still warrant a cloud model with a strict data boundary; we’ll tell you honestly which situation you’re in.
Not necessarily. Depending on your workloads, a single GPU workstation may be enough. We assess your use cases first, then size hardware to them — no paying for capacity you won’t use.
We do, if you want us to. Updates, security patches, model refreshes, and capacity expansion are all part of ongoing support — the same way we maintain any server we install.
Because data never leaves your infrastructure, private AI simplifies PDPA and client-confidentiality obligations considerably. We can align the deployment with your existing security policies.
